CA Legacy Trusts seeks to offer affordable Estate Planning without the hassle and pressure of visiting an Attorney. All consultations are preformed by a Registered Legal Document Assistant in your County. All of our LDAs have current and valid registrations for your confidence and comfort. In the State of California a Legal Document Assistant is authorized to prepare an Estate Plan and in utilizing a LDA over an Attorney the savings range in the thousands, all without sacrificing the quality of the Estate Plan.
